This is a place where you can share anything exciting that is going on in your life. If you have a story about your weekend that you just can’t wait until Monday to tell us about, post it on here! Did you win your big basketball game? Share it here! Did you find a $100 bill on the ground? Tell us about it here! You may write about anything that you’d like. I just have a couple of rules for this page that you must follow:
- You MUST use proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar. When you are finished writing, check over your work before you submit. Do you have any words that are underlined with a red, squiggly line? If you do, right click on it and find the correct way to spell that word.
- You MUST write in complete sentences.
- Try to add as many details as you can. Use great adjectives and try to include a simile or two!
- Make sure that it is a story that is appropriate for school. Remember, this is a classroom blog.
I look forward to hearing your stories!

Dear Wes,
You’re right. There’s definitely a ton to learn about fractions! I think as long as you remember all the steps we’ve talked about though, it’ll really help you when solving any of the problems. I know we’ve been doing a lot of review, but I’ve been impressed with everyone and feel like you’re all ready for the test!
Sincerely,
Mr. Avery
Dear Mr Avery,
This Mothers Day weekend was really fun. Friday I had Girl scouts and we taught the Brownies and Daisy’s a lot. It was fun being a teacher! Then that night I went to Molly’s house and slept over. Saturday we went to Plymouth and shopped with her mom and siblings. We even got a cupcake from Cupcake Charlies! Yummmmm! I went home after that because my allergies were very bad and they were bothering me. So once I got home I went to Chili’s with my mom and dad. After we went home and relaxed. That night I stayed up late. On Sunday I had fun with my mom we went to my neighbors house and hung out. Then just my mom and I went to my Nana’s and gave her Mothers Day cards. We Went home and had dinner and my mom and dad had lobster while I had Steak because I don’t like Lobster. So busy weekend. Hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day with your mom!
