Benjamin Franklin came to visit us one day. We learned all about his life and how important the number 17 was to him! He told us about his childhood in Boston where he grew up on Milk Street, moving to Philadelphia and saving to open his own print shop, and even about his travels to England! He also shared his attempt to learn about electricity by flying a kite with a key attached to it in a thunderstorm. That’s definitely something I don’t recommend!
